CardioLink Corporation provides patient support services 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week on our toll free "hotline" number which connects you with one of our
Receiving Centers. A Cardiac Technician will always answer your call. This is
just one service that makes CardioLink a very useful tool in tracking transient
cardiac symptoms.
CardioLink Technical Staff
Often, the first contact a patient has with CardioLink is with a member of our
technical staff. Our Cardiac Technicians possess excellent communication skills,
are experienced in pre-hospital care, and regularly attend continuing education
programs.
Our Cardiac Technicians instruct patients and/or family members on the proper
use and care of equipment. CardioLink Corporation maintains, services, and tests
the various Arrhythmia, Pacemaker, Holter, and Ambulatory Blood Pressure
Monitors used by our patient population on a regular basis. Every piece of
equipment is cleaned, inspected, recalibrated as needed, and tested prior to
release to a patient. Our standards of Quality Control far exceed those
recommended by the various equipment manufacturers.
