Account Services Department
Enrolling a patient in our program is as easy as faxing us a prescription or calling our office with a patient's name and phone number. We take care of everything else. We pride ourselves on being "patient friendly" and make sure that your experience with CardioLink is a positive one.

Our Accounts Services Department will verify your insurance, obtain pre-approvals, and maintain a working relationship with your insurance company. We will handle every aspect of your account. Prompt attention is given to all patient questions and concerns.

We are fully computerized, utilizing the most innovative technology available. The cross training of our staff members is essential in maintaining smooth operations. The staff regularly attends seminars in order to enhance understanding of the latest billing practices and procedures. Our regular Department meetings aid in maintaining continuity and enabling prompt attention to problem resolution as well as implementation of new and/or improved procedures.

All patients are handled on a case by case basis, regardless of insurance! Most insurance reimbursements are accepted as full or partial payment. Our Insurance Relations Advisors are always available to assist Physicians, Patients, & Insurance Companies/HMO's.

Insurance Relations Department

The CardioLink Insurance Relations Advisors are our critical link to the insurance community. Much of their time is spent communicating with Insurance Companies/HMO's, obtaining new contracts, and promoting CardioLink.

Our Insurance Relations Advisors are the liaison between Insurance Companies/HMO's, Physician's Offices, Patients, and CardioLink's Administrative Services. These staff members strive to be well informed of today's changing needs in healthcare and frequently attend continuing education classes and seminars to do so.

At CardioLink we strive to be the best at what we do and believe that, if all parties involved with us are well-educated and informed, we can attain that goal. Advisors are always available to speak with you. You can either call us at
1-800-CardioLink or email us and we will try to answer all of your questions.
