Physician Relations Representatives

Job Description: The Physician Relations Representative would be responsible for meeting with our existing physicians and hospitals to educate and promote our various products, programs and services.  We have several territories available including, New York City, Bronx, Connecticut and Upstate New York. 

Qualifications: Recent graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications preferred. Medical Background a plus but not required.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and reimbursement for pre-approved expenses. Benefits available.

Requirements: Reliable transportation. Excellent communication skills.

Physician Support Representative

Job Description: The Physician Support Representative is responsible for meeting with our existing physicians and hospitals to introduce them to CardioLink's cardiac support services, perform patient hook-ups, pick up and drop off cardiac monitoring equipment, service cardiac monitoring devices and educate phyicians and their staff in the use of various cardiac monitors.  Territories available include  New York City Tri-State Area, Westchester, Connecticut,  Upstate New York and Long Island.   

Qualifications: Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent experience, reliable transportation required.  Business, communications  and/or sales background a plus. Bilingual a plus, but not required. 

Salary: Entry level position with room for growth.  Salary commensurate with experience and reimbursement for pre-approved expenses.  Benefits available after probation.

Technical Department

Technician

Job Description: Scan and interpret Holter, arrhythmia monitors, ambulatory blood pressure and PT/INR monitors.  Take readings and calls from patients. Document patients files. Prepare reports for physicians.  Other duties as required. Training provided.

Qualifications: ECG interpretation skills.  EMT CC, Paramedic or Nursing background a plus.  Bilingual a plus but not required.

Requirements: Reliable transportation. Excellent communication skills.

Technical Support

Job Description: Answer patient calls.  Fill out documents from patients and physicians. Call patients to obtain demographic information.  Service cardiac equipment, prepare monitors for shipment. Other duties as required.

Qualifications: Customer service and Medical office experience preferred. Some knowledge of ECGs.  Medical background a plus.  Bilingual a plus but not required.
